Reparability information
To help preserve the product over time and extend its useful life, B&B Italia supports, where technically feasible, the maintenance, repair and replacement of product components through its Customer Service department and network of authorised dealers.

Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to identify the most appropriate solution, taking into account the specific characteristics and condition of the product.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance helps preserve the product’s quality, functionality and appearance over time.
Please follow the use and maintenance instructions provided by B&B Italia. Any maintenance or repair work must be carried out exclusively through service channels authorised by B&B Italia.
- Always remember to be careful not to use the product improperly, considering its designated functions.
- When the product is no longer used, do not abandon it, but take it to a suitable public waste collection facility.
Warning!
- Pick up the chair and grasp it with two hands from the seat; positionate and lining it up to the chair below.
- Lean the chair against the one below, avoiding rubbing between the bottom of the seat and the chair, and contact between the metal legs.
- Do not stack more than 4 chairs together.
