Maintenance
Cover
- For home washing of covers, follow the symbols on the technical sheet that came with the product.
- Periodically adjust the Velcro fasteners to remove folds and creases due to normal use of the product.
- If there are no Velcro fasteners, smooth the cover manually from the inside towards the outside.
- For ordinary cleaning, dust with a soft dry cotton cloth.
- If liquids should accidentally fall on the surface, remove them immediately and dry with paper towels.
- The surface can then be cleaned with a white cotton or microfibre cloth, slightly damp with water and neutral soap, and then dried in a well-ventilated place.
- In case of stains, act immediately to blot the stain with a clean white cloth and, if necessary, remove the dirt with a spoon or knife, using the flat part horizontally and being very careful to not ruin the cover.
- Dab the stain from the outer edges inward to avoid rings.
- All actions must be done with circular movements, without exerting excessive mechanical pressure.
- Our Stores and dealers sell the specific 'Kit for leather maintenance and cleaning' by B&B Italia (code SETPN), which contains products suitable for the protection and cleaning of your leather product.
Upholstery
- Manually punch the cushions on all sides, fluff them up to air the padding and restore the original volume.
- For best results, remove the cushion covers regularly, knead and fluff up the padding, and air it possibly outdoors before slipping on the cover once again.
- If possible, periodically change the position of the most used cushions with the less used ones.
Aluminium
- We advise using normal commercial products for cleaning delicate surfaces and/or warm water and neutral soap.
- Never use abrasives or products containing solvents, ammonia and/or alcohol.
- Make sure to dry the surfaces completely after washing.
